William S. Montgomery

Bill Montgomery has over thirty-five years experience in human resources and management consulting and has served as the Vice President and Senior Personnel Officer of a Fortune 500 company. In addition to being responsible for the corporate personnel function, his experience includes directing the company's internal operational consulting department, management development, and training and recruiting. He has extensive outplacement and executive search experience through his association with another consulting firm before founding Russell, Montgomery & Associates.

Bill has a B.S. degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee and holds or has held professional memberships in the American Management Association, Society of Human Resource Management, American Society of Training and Development, and Chamber of Commerce. In the corporate environment, Bill has served as a member of a Board of Governors, Advisory Board and corporate planning committees. He is presently the Vice President of the International Division and has served as co-chair of the Recruiting and Selection Committee of OI Partners Board of Directors for nine years. He has served as Corporate Secretary, a member of the Board of Directors and most recently Chairman of the Board of 0I Partners, Inc.
