Bob Reilly

Robert J. (Bob) Reilly is Managing Partner of the West Tennessee Region of Russell, Montgomery & Associates/OI Partners, Inc. (RMA), Career Management Consultants. He also serves on the Board of Directors and is Chief Financial Officer of OI Partners, Inc., a global network of career management consulting firms (of which RMA is a partner firm) located in over 200 locations worldwide.

Bob has over 40 years experience, 35 of which have been in Memphis, Tennessee as a career counseling professional, management consultant and business executive. For the past 15 years, Bob has been recognized as a pioneer in providing career transition / outplacement consulting services to the Memphis business community. Other areas of specialization include executive coaching, entrepreneurial decision-making, and change management. He is a frequent public speaker.

Before joining Russell, Montgomery & Associates/OI Partners, Inc., Bob founded and managed his own career development and consulting firm in 1989. Four years later he merged with a large international career management consulting firm and managed their Memphis Region for six years. Prior to his work in career management, Bob served in a variety of executive accounting and financial management positions with First Tennessee Bank, Holiday Inns, and Dobbs Houses, Inc., as well as with an international public accounting firm.

Bob is actively involved in a variety of civic, professional and not-for-profit organizations in Memphis. He is former president of the Memphis chapters of two professional associations-Financial Executive Institute (FEI) and the Planning Forum. In addition, he is a member of East Memphis Rotary Club, the Economic Club of Memphis, Financial Executives Institute (FEI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Over the past 30 years, he has also served as a board member and finance chair of several not-for-profit organizations in the Memphis area.

Bob earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Iona College, New Rochelle, NY, and, in his earlier career, was a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York and Tennessee.
