Jean Erickson Walker, Ed.D., CMF

Dr. Walker has over 20 years experience working with companies and individuals as a Professional Effectiveness Coach, Career Counselor, and Business Management Consultant. She is Executive Vice President of Pathways/OI Partners Inc., a full service career management, leadership development, and management consulting firm in Portland, OR. She serves on the Board of Directors for OI Partners Inc., and as liaison to the R & D Division.

Jean is the author of The Age Advantage: Making the Most of Your Midlife Career Transition (Putnam/Penguin, Sept. 2000). She is internationally certified as a Career Management Fellow (CMF) and serves on the Board of Governors of the Institute for Career Certification International, the certification body for career management professionals. She is one of 12 Governors from seven countries.
