Kevin Pallardy

Kevin is a partner with OI Partners-SSP, he manages and leads the firm’s office located in St. Louis, Missouri.  He has over fifteen years of experience working with individuals and organizations facing complex challenges involving change, transition and mobility.  During this time, Kevin has coached hundreds of managers and executives to achieve higher levels of performance and career satisfaction.  His corporate relationships have produced an extensive network of contacts that serve the development and transition needs of his clients. 

Kevin is responsible for designing, developing, marketing and delivering SSP’s core services to its clients: Executive Coaching, Career Management, Executive Search, Retention and Succession Planning, and Career Transition.  He has held leadership positions with Citicorp, United Technologies, General Dynamics and Emerson Electric where he developed solutions to support the growth and development needs of these organizations.   

As a consultant, his work with a Fortune 500 company became a model for effectively addressing change management and internal career development needs for “survivors” of a major corporate downsizing.  Kevin also has extensive experience in planning and managing multi-site downsizings involving hundreds of employees, ensuring consistency of services while retaining the flexibility in delivery to meet the diverse needs of each and every client. 

Kevin holds a Master’s Degree in Human Relations from Webster University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, St. Louis.  He has been active in the Human Resource Management Association and has authored articles for professional publications on managing change and mobility.  He has served as a guest expert on Apple Computer’s online network and has been interviewed by the NBC affiliate in St. Louis for feature stories on employment and career management.  Kevin has also spoken to business and professional groups on organizational change, career development and workforce trends.
