Edward C. "Ned" Sherry, Jr.

Edward C. “Ned” Sherry, Jr. is Vice President, The Callos Companies/Oi Partners. Most recently Ned served as Vice President and Managing Principle for Right Management Consultants. Ned has an extensive background in sales, marketing, finance and operations. He served as Vice President and Corporate Officer with Astrotech International Corporation, a publicly traded manufacturer of large above ground storage tanks. His management responsibilities included plant operations, acquisitions and investor relations.

Prior to joining Astrotech, Ned was President of several manufacturing companies owned by G.W. Resources, a diversified privately held management company. He was responsible for business in the confectionery industry, china manufacturing business, sign construction, and restoration market. Responsibility for these four companies, generating revenues totaling $35 million, provided Ned with valuable insight into small business operation.

Ned moved to Pittsburgh from New York City to serve as Vice President/General Manager of Pennzoil’s Retail Marketing Division, a $550 million operation. As General Manager, he oversaw the financial, manufacturing, sales, marketing, real estate, human resource, and community service of this independent divisional operation. It was during his leadership that Pennzoil Motor Oil became the number one selling motor oil brand in America.

Ned began his career with Exxon and moved through several assignments in numerous geographic locations throughout a fifteen-year period. His expertise was developed in the sales and marketing arena, as well as in the real estate acquisitions areas for which he was responsible. He managed the Financial and Public Affairs Departments where he acted as a lobbyist at the state and federal level representing Exxon Corporation.
