OI Partners Inc. Addresses Workforce Trends, Distributes Awards at Washington, D.C. Meeting

NASHVILLE, TN—June 7, 2006—

OI Partners Inc., the talent management and leadership solutions firm that provides a better human experience for a better business outcome, convened in Washington, D.C. on May 5-6 with partners in the 180-office worldwide firm. The meeting's purpose was to discuss workforce trends, OI Partners' initiatives to address organizational challenges and individuals' career needs and distribute awards to top-performing OI Partners offices and career consultants.

Meeting topics included "C"-level career transition coaching programs and participation in the National Emergency Re-Employment Response System Grant. Presenters included Todd McCracken, president of the National Small Business Association; Roger Raber, president of the National Association of Corporate Directors; Dr. Timothy Kane of The Heritage Foundation (a think tank for research on public policy issues) and Jennifer McNelly, director of the Business Relations Group, Employment and Training, for the U.S. Dept. of Labor.
